Nonlifts in S₁₄(K(8))⁻

There are two old forms in S₁₄(K(8))⁻ coming from the two nonlift eigenforms in S₁₄(K(4))⁺. Additionally, there is an old form in S₁₄K(16) that must come from S₁₄(K(8))⁻ by a process of elimination. (See the paper for full details.) This proves S₁₄(K(8))⁻ has at least three dimension. This specialized argument is used because there are no Borcherds products in S₁₄(K(8))⁻.
